I am going to make a quick list here listing everything that comes to mind to avoid rather anyone has taken those shots or not these things should be avoided.
When shopping be sure to read all labels and avoid anything that contains RED 40, YELLOW 5, YELLOW 6, BLUE 1. Those are food dye’s and are associated with benzene and benzene is a known carcinogenic linked to cancer.
Items one would least expect to find the listed dye’s in are known to be in many foods from chips and candies to pastries soft drinks and cereal’s. Again read the labels on ALL FOODS and avoid anything that contains those dye’s look for alternatives instead.
DO NOT USE COATED NONSTICK COOKWARE SKILLETS PANS ETC THROW THOSE OUT. Do not cook with aluminum pots or pans with age aluminum will eventually oxidize and get into your food.
Use CAST IRON, STAINLESS STEEL, OR CERAMIC AS LONG AS IT ACTUALLY IS TRUE CERAMIC AND NOT COATED TEFLON. For none stick purposes use PAM.
